Food is a huge part of the Carsington Water experience – with so much to do you’ll need somewhere to refuel!

All food and drink at Carsington Water is freshly made on site by us, the New Leaf Catering team. We believe in food that is ‘locally sourced and honestly produced’ – a philosophy that saw The Mainsail Restaurant crowned a Derbyshire Food & Drink Award Winner.

We aim to reproduce these award-winning standards across our food outlets – whether you’re enjoying a full meal or just a coffee and cake.

Watermark Cafe, Carsington Water

Watermark Café

Please come and visit us at our newly refurbished Watermark Café.  Here you can purchase scrumptious sandwiches, salads, sub-rolls, pasties, pies and lots more to eat-in or take-out.  Or treat yourself to some lovely home-made cakes with a cup of tea, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate….

And while you’re here, have a browse through our “Bookshop” where you find carefully selected books, maps, cards and gifts for children or adults alike.

We look forward to meeting you.

Splatz Ice Cream Parlour, Carsington Water

Here at Splatz, our Ice Cream Parlour, we believe ice cream should be local, honest, tasty and fun!  That is why we only use the very best Kelly’s ice cream.  It is made from creamy milk from happy cows, who live on big green fields and eat only the finest grass.

We think it tastes rather yummy!

Why don’t you come and try one and see if you agree!

From only £1.50.
