The Mainsail Restaurant is a busy vibrant restaurant at Carsington water Visitor Centre and an exciting opportunity has become available for a trained Sous Chef with a passion for food. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an ever expanding business in which your creativity and flair in preparing great dishes from fresh ingredients will help promote an already very popular restaurant, alongside other catering outlets at Carsington Water . This position offers the successful candidate the chance to maximise their skills in an exciting fast paced kitchen environment and owing to the long standing nature of our kitchen staff is one of the few opportunities which arise at Carsington Water.
